Guevara “Best Fit” to Succeed him as Sully District Supervisor
Chantilly, VA – Supervisor Michael Frey today announced his endorsement of John Guevara to succeed him as Sully District’s representative on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
“I have been following John carefully since he first declared his candidacy and I’m proud to announce my support for him to succeed me as Sully District Supervisor,” said Supervisor Frey. “Even as a candidate, John has already begun a dialogue with the community and implemented initiatives like SullyStreets.com to begin tackling the challenges facing Sully District and Fairfax County. He has shown me that he has the energy, drive, and the fresh ideas that Sully needs to build our future. I trust John to work hard to ease our traffic congestion, maintain the quality of public services, and uphold the excellence of our school system. John is the best fit to represent the Sully District”
“It’s truly an honor to have Supervisor Frey’s endorsement,” said John Guevara. “They broke the mold after Mike Frey and I look forward to representing my neighbors with the same dedication and vigor he did. I will rely on Mike’s experience as we work together as a community to continue to work hard and find solutions to the challenges confronting Fairfax County.”
Supervisor Michael Frey is the only person to represent Sully District on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors since it’s creation in 1991.
